Originally constructed in 1889 as a school, Magnolia Mansion was converted into condos in 1987. A beautiful pre-war structure, the building has been reimagined as a residence but maintains many of the original architectural features, including the grand entryway. Inside are duplex loft-style apartments offering spacious layouts, with vaulted 14-foot ceilings in the living rooms, oversized windows, and original structural columns.
